It’s a beautiful, calming and private setting where you can fully relax, let go, feel safe and nurtured.

If you don't live locally, or prefer not to travel, these sessions are also available distantly via online video or phone.

I don’t offer walk-in appointments, as I work from a private, home-based therapy space. You're very welcome to check online for last-minute availability, or feel free to call me on 07811 932519. Please do make sure you’ve booked before arriving — I want to be fully prepared to welcome you.

🌿I am a home-based therapy centre, so please don't arrive unexpectedly.

Yes, there’s plenty of free parking available. My driveway is spacious and usually has room, and there’s also lots of free on-street parking in the quiet cul-de-sac outside. You’ll have no trouble finding a spot!

Just come as you are and wear whatever feels comfortable. Everything you need will be provided — simply arrive with an open heart, ready to receive.

At the moment, I accept payment by bank transfer or cash

There’s no need to feel anxious about your visit. I’ve worked with many clients who feel the same and bring deep understanding from my own journey with anxiety. My home-based space is calm, private, and often described as more relaxing than a salon. You're welcome to reach out with any questions before booking — I’m here for you.

That really depends on you — your emotional needs, physical wellbeing, and how deeply (or quickly) you’re feeling called to shift and transform.

Of course, your time and budget are important too, and I always encourage you to honour what feels realistic and supportive.
