  • Make an enquiry (via the website, email, or social media)

  • Subscribe to the newsletter

  • Relevant health information

  • Notes from sessions

  • Preferences related to services and communication

Your information is used to:

  • Register you as a client

  • Provide healing sessions or treatments

  • Manage payments

  • Send appointment or service information

  • Send newsletters (only if you’ve opted in)

  • Comply with legal and insurance obligations

I will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

How is your data stored?

  • Digital records (e.g. consultation forms, client notes) are password-protected

  • Paper records are stored securely in a locked cabinet
    Only Donna Louise Healing has access to your personal information

 

Email marketing (via Mailchimp)

If you subscribe to my newsletter, your name and email address are stored securely by Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Sharing your personal data

In rare cases, I may need to share data with HMRC, insurers, or regulatory authorities. These parties are required to keep your data secure and process it lawfully, based only on instructions provided by Donna Louise Healing.

 

Data retention

  • 7 years after your last session (as required for insurance and tax purposes)

After this time, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your data

  • Request correction or deletion (in some cases)

  • Withdraw consent (for newsletters or marketing)
