Much more than a massage...
With over 23 years as a massage therapist, I began to feel that massage could be so much more. It could be a sacred space for deep emotional release, renewal and transformation.

Then one day, I received a download from the Universe and a new treatment; Journey Massage was born.
​
This powerful experience weaves together gentle
massage, intuitive energy healing and spiritual connection.
 
It’s been channelled to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and leave you feeling light, calm, and realigned.​

What to Expect

Your session begins with a cleansing, grounding ritual: warm, aromatherapy-infused steam towels for the hands and feet. They 'cleanse' away your day and ground you in the moment to begin your journey.

Now you lie back and let go as the massage melts away your tension. From there, the experience is uniquely guided by what your body and energy need most that day. Incorporating energy healing and a beautiful channelled guided meditation. This meditation is channelled for you in the moment for the healing journey and wisdom you need to receive.

 

No two sessions are the same — each experience is uniquely created in the moment, based on what your energy and higher self are asking for.​
