I've been a healer for over 23 years, but my connection to the spiritual world began long before that.

​

I've been psychic since I was a child, although for many years I neatly packed those gifts away because I didn't understand them. As I began my own journey into energy healing, they slowly reopened — and have continued to deepen and evolve ever since.

​

Today, I feel incredibly blessed to be able to hear, see, feel and know through my intuitive gifts, and to work with the guidance and support I receive through spirit.

My work brings together deep healing, intuition, spirituality and mindset — or, as I like to call it, Magic & Mindset.

But my path to becoming the woman I am today wasn't always easy.

I experienced anxiety, panic attacks, perfectionism, an eating disorder and body dysmorphia at different points in my life. Alongside this, losing my Grandad to suicide became a profound turning point for me and began a much deeper journey of healing and self-discovery.

For a long time, I was keeping myself small and living what I believed was the only life available to little me. But through years of healing, personal growth and deep inner work, something changed.

I began to remember who I was.

I released so much of what had been holding me back, reclaimed parts of myself I'd lost touch with, and started creating a life that felt genuinely like mine.

I honestly don't recognise the girl I once was.

And that is why I do what I do.​​

Aside from my work that I love, I am a mummy to little Logan who was born August 2023. He is my world along with my husband Rich. We love our family time together and can't get enough of travelling, the outdoors, connecting with nature and hiking.
