I offer all one to one services in person from my peaceful, home-based therapy space in Findern, Derby, England.It’s a beautiful, calming and private setting where you can fully relax, let go, feel safe and nurtured.If you don't live locally, or prefer not to travel, sessions are also available distantly via zoom or online video call.

I don’t offer walk-in appointments, as I work from a private, home-based therapy space. You're very welcome to check online for last-minute availability, or feel free to call me on 07811 932519. Please do make sure you’ve booked before arriving — I want to be fully prepared to welcome you.

Yes, there’s plenty of free parking available. My driveway is spacious and usually has room, so please park there. If for some reson you can't get a space, there’s also lots of free on-street parking in the quiet cul-de-sac outside. You’ll have no trouble finding a spot!

Just come as you are and wear whatever feels comfortable. Everything you need will be provided — simply arrive with an open heart, ready to receive.

At the moment, I accept payment by card, apple pay, bank transfer or cash. Payment plans are also available for my immersion packages.

There’s no need to feel anxious about your visit. I’ve worked with many clients who feel the same and have deep understanding from my own journey with anxiety. My home-based space is calm, private, and safe. You're welcome to reach out with any questions before booking — I’m here for you.

That really depends on you — your emotional needs, physical wellbeing, and how deeply (or quickly) you’re feeling called to shift and transform.Of course, your time and budget are important too, and I always encourage you to honour what feels realistic and supportive.After your session, we can have a relaxed chat about what feels right for you moving forward. There’s no pressure — just gentle guidance to help you get the most from your healing journey.
