About Me

I have been a holistic therapist and healer for over 23, but I have been an  

intuitive empath and psychic  all of my life.

I love all things spiritual. I work closely with guides, angels, fairies, goddesses and other light beings every day. I also absolutely love mindset too and am passionate about interweaving both spirituality and science into my work. Or as I

call it 'Magic and Mindset'

I had struggles with my own mental health throughout different periods of my life with anxiety, panic attacks, physical tics, an eating disorder and body dysmorphia and along side my Grandad taking his own life, this sent me on a journey of self discovery and healing. Quite simply, I have turned my life around.​ 

 

I was under achieving, keeping myself small and living the only life I thought possible for 'little me,' but no more. I no longer recognise the girl I once was. I am now a strong powerful woman with gifts and talents to share with the world and an abundant beautiful life to live (and so are you,...yes YOU!)

Aside from my work that I love, I am a mummy to little Logan who was born August 2023. He is my world along with my husband Rich. We love our family time together and can't get enough of travelling, the outdoors, connecting with nature and hiking.

WHY WORK WITH ME?
