I had struggles with my own mental health throughout different periods of my life with anxiety, panic attacks, physical tics, an eating disorder and body dysmorphia and along side my Grandad taking his own life, this sent me on a journey of self discovery and healing. Quite simply, I have turned my life around.​ 

I was under achieving, keeping myself small and living the only life I thought possible for 'little me,' but no more. I no longer recognise the girl I once was. I am now a strong powerful woman with gifts and talents to share with the world and an abundant beautiful life to live (and so are you,...yes YOU!)
