WHAT IS HEARTHEALING?
HeartHealing is a revolutionary healing approach used within a meditative state. It uniquely merges ancient spiritual wisdom and cutting-edge science for a holistic approach to healing that is deep, fast, incredibly powerful and yet beautifully safe. It bypasses the rational, logical mind and accesses the hidden wounding stored in your heart. It activates the emotional, relational and spiritual intelligence hidden beneath those wounds. It is the missing link to wholeness and a new paradigm of healing and success that changes your world and the world for generations to come.
We have all had experiences that have impacted our heart, whether that’s a loss or trauma, feeling rejected, betrayed, judged, unsafe, abandoned, not worthy or ‘not enough’ in some way. As a result, we put walls up around our hearts to stop us feeling that pain so intensely again. In doing so, we also created energetic blocks to receiving the unconditional love, success, and abundance we truly desire and deserve. These are the Universal Receiving Wounds of the Heart.

Where do you offer 121 sessions?
Online on Zoom or in-person at my therapy room in Findern, Derby.
Most clients receive HeartHealing sessions online. This is ideal if you have a private space at home with internet access.
How do I book?
Either message me on 07811 932519 or book a connection and clarity call by clicking the gold box above. We will then chat things over, arrange appointments and payment (either in part or full)
Do you have payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are also available for my Shine and Limitless packages. You can just speak to me to arrange this.
Can you tailor a package for me?
Absolutely. I want the BEST outcome and transformation for you, so will always discuss your needs with you and together we can make a plan.
