We begin with this powerful beginning to our healing journey, uncover insights about yourself and what is really holding you back. What do you need to heal to move forward? You also discover a beautiful vision of possibilities for your life moving forward.

*  'Feel Safe' Audio — Listen (awake or asleep) to this beautifully relaxing audio once a day for around a week, to prepare you for your HeartHealing™ session(s) to come

*  HeartHealing™ sessions  —

Heal the root cause of the receiving wounds that are blocking and holding you back now.

* Personalized Heart Imprint Audios — After each HeartHealing™ session, you will receive a new personalised imprinting audio to listen to (approx 20 mins a day). You will listen to one audio each day to imprint new positive beliefs about yourself in place of the old limiting beliefs you have been carrying. Reprogram your mind, heart and soul to take aligned action to your true desires.
